NT8 Doesn’t Recognize the Hardware
Take the following steps:
- Turn the NT8 hardware off.
- Reconnect the USB cable on the NT8’s USB port to your computer. Make sure it’s connected properly, and then restart the hardware.
- Next, run the software; the indicator box should be green after the software detects the NT8 hardware.
- If the problem persists, please check your software version; make sure that you have installed the latest NT8 software and don’t hesitate to contact .
