While most of a plate's imaging will be completed according to an experiment's automatic imaging schedule, you can initiate On-Demand imaging sessions at any time while viewing a plate's images.

Prerequisites:
You have set up an experiment in Rock Maker.
You have tagged the drops you want to image as “Interesting” (for Image Interesting only). For more information, please read Tagging Interesting Drops.
You have located the plates containing barcodes or plates with interesting drops (for Image Interesting only) in your Rock Imager system.
How to execute an On-Demand Imaging:
Open the experiment by locating it in the Explorer and double-clicking it.
Click either the Image Plate Now, Image All Plates, or the Image Drop Now button in the Tasks group of the Imaging tab.
Note: The button is enabled for single and multiple-plate experiments.

OR
Right-click on a plate in the Explorer.
Select Image Plate Using, and then select the desired imaging options from the list.
