This issue may occur if the Head cable is not plugged in correctly. Follow the instructions below to fix the problem.
Required Tools
To plug the head cable:
Turn off the F.A.S.T. instrument.
Loosen the two bolts on the top cover using a 2 mm hexagonal screwdriver.
Gently pull the cover off.
Locate the Head cable, as shown in the picture below.
Gently unplug the cable, then plug it back in. The cable shouldn’t move around easily if it’s properly installed.
Attach the upper cover and tighten the screws using the 2 mm hexagonal screwdriver.
Turn on the instrument and make sure the instrument homes the motors.

This issue may occur if the Y stage cable is not plugged in correctly. Follow the instructions below to fix the problem.
Required Tools
To check and reattach the Y stage cable:
On the left Y stage, loosen the three bolts using a 2.5 mm hexagonal screwdriver.
Gently pull the Y stage cover off.
Locate the cable as shown in the picture below and gently unplug it, then plug it back in.
Attach the Y stage cover and tighten the three bolts using the 2.5 mm hexagonal screwdriver.
Power on the instrument and make sure the LED indicator glows green after the initialization
