Continuous Flow is an optional feature that enables Mantis to dispense a constant stream of liquid. When combined with pressurized bottles, continuous flow chips can dispense volumes from ~5 µL – ∞ µL in an uninterrupted stream.
FORMULATRIX provides both standard Continuous Flow (CF) and High Viscous Continuous Flow (HVCF) chips. Both chip types are compatible with all nozzle sizes and can dispense a range of reagent viscosities. To support the Continuous Flow dispenses, we provide bottle harnesses for 50 mL Falcon tubes, 250 mL Nalgene media bottles, and a GL45 capped glassware.
Each reagent that you plan to use with a CF or HVCF chip must be calibrated for Continuous Flow use.
