Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) is intended to be performed by FORMULATRIX support engineers to ensure the Mantis device maintains optimal performance. This procedure involves a comprehensive instrument inspection, system cleaning, replacement of common wear parts, and functional checks.
If your system has gone more than 1 year without a PM, a notification will appear at Mantis software startup. Click Contact Support Now to schedule the preventative maintenance visit, or click Snooze Notifications to postpone. Mantis will maintain a PM notification in the Status Bar. Click View Details to display the PM visit notification window.
