Fixing Silicone Seals and Chip Leakage

You must check the chip position and the silicone seals on the transfer tubing and/or on the base chip if you notice any of the following issues when using µPULSE.

If you encounter any of these issues, the silicone seals might be leaking. To resolve this, you should replace the transfer tubing and/or the base chip gasket. Find the spare parts inside the accessories kit box.

 

Required Parts:

 

To replace the transfer tubing and the base chip gasket:

  1. Open the chip cover and remove the filter chip.

  2. Check the silicone seals on the transfer tubing and on the base chip gasket under the chip cover. Make sure the seals are not torn or detached.

  3. Replace the old transfer tubing and/or base chip gasket with the new ones.

  4. Reload the chip and make sure it is correctly positioned, and then close the chip cover.

  5. Run the µPULSE. If the problem persists, please contact support@formulatrix.com for assistance.
