Exporting FRAP Data Points
FRAP users can export data used to generate FRAP recovery curves with the Export Data Points report. This report is only enabled if the experiment includes a FRAP Full Recovery imaging profile.
Export FRAP Data Points Button on the Report Tab
The report is in .CSV format, and can be opened with a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Excel. Graphs can then be re-created using the spreadsheet editor's tools.
Example FRAP Data Points Report
If you are using a FRAP High Throughput imaging profile and would like to export the computer-generated scores, you can use the Export Scores report, which is located to the left of the highlighted button above.
