Creating a Search and Filter File

A search and filter file enables you to specify and define parameters, save your preferred search settings, and run the search.

You can create a search and filter file from the Searches or Screens/Projects node.

To create a search and filter file from the Searches node:

1. Go to the Explore menu and click the Searches node.

2. Click the NEW button and select Search And Filter.

   Once you select Search And Filter, the New Search and Filter window opens in a new tab, and the Info menu opens by default.

3. In the Search Info section, enter the search and filter file name in the File Name field.

4. Click Save on the top right bar. You can find the search and filter file within the Searches node.

Creating a Search and Filter File from the Screens/Projects Node

To create a search and filter file from the Screens/Projects node:

1. Go to the Explore menu and open the Screens or Projects node.

2. Select a screen or project folder. Then, click the More button on the top right, hover your cursor over Analyze, and select Create New Search and Filter.

   Once you select Create New Search and Filter, the New Search and Filter window opens in a new tab, and the Info menu opens by default.

3. In the Search Info section, enter the search and filter file name in the File Name field.

4. Click Save on the top right bar. You can find the search and filter file within the Screens or Projects node.
