Adding Filter Parameters

You can add filter parameters using the Current or Additional field in the Add Filter Parameters panel.

Using the Current Field

To add a filter parameter(s):

1. In the Result or Canvas menu, click the Filter button .

2. In the Filter panel, click the ADD FILTER button that navigates you to the Current Parameters tab in the Add Filter Parameters panel.

3. In the Current Parameters tab, select a parameter(s) and click APPLY .

4. ROCK MAKER navigates you back to the Filter panel homepage, where you can find the added parameters.

Using the Additional Parameters

Adding parameters from the Additional Parameters tab triggers ROCK MAKER to perform the search again and moves the selected parameter(s) to the Current Parameters tab.

To add a filter parameter(s) using the Additional Parameters tab:

1. In the Result menu, click the Filter button .

2. In the Filter panel, click the ADD FILTER button that navigates you to the Current Parameters tab in the Add Filter Parameters panel. Then, click the Additional Parameters tab.

3. In the Additional Parameters tab, select a filter parameter(s) and click APPLY.

   Note

   The filter parameter(s) you select will be added to the Current Parameters tab.

4. On the Filter panel homepage, click APPLY to prompt ROCK MAKER to perform the search again.

Removing Filter Parameters

To remove a filter parameter(s):

1. In the Result or Canvas menu, click the Filter button .

2. In the Filter panel, click the ADD FILTER button that navigates you to the Current Parameters tab in the Add Filter Parameters panel.

3. Unselect any filter parameter(s) by clicking the corresponding checkbox(es). Then, click APPLY .

   

   Removing Filter Parameters

Filter parameters consist of filter items that specify the search results. Read more about Adding and Removing Filter Item.
