The TEMPEST chips are limited to either 0.2 µL dispenses when using a low volume chip or 1.0 µL dispenses when using a high volume chip. When you design a plate dispense, you may enter any volume you wish for a reagent. However, this volume will be rounded to actual achievable volumes once the reagent is assigned to a chip. To see the actual volumes dispensed to a plate, you must use the Actual Volume view. Note that all reagents must be assigned to chips for this view to be accurate.
