The heat map automatically displays concentration estimates in the partitions of each well as a percentage and/or a number. The percentage indicates the statistical coefficient of variation (CV). This estimate is in units of Copies per Microliter and is automatically calculated by the software.
Wells that do not contain a minimum number of filled partitions, as determined by the number of partitions in the reference filter (ROX), will display “empty”. Wells that contain more than a maximum number of filled partitions, as determined by the number of positive partitions in a data filter, will display “over”. These maximum and minimum settings can be adjusted by advanced users through the Imaging configuration file. "empty" or "over" wells are colored gray.
