Sequence Editor

The Sequence Editor is a way to see all of the movements and valve actuations MANTIS will follow during a dispense. It is primarily used during support troubleshooting sessions. To open the Sequence Editor, on the Tools menu, click Sequence Editor or press Ctrl+Shift+O on the keyboard.

In the first column of the Sequence Editor window, you can see each sequence item as follows:

M (Move) — indicates a move command.
VS (Valve State) — indicates a valve state that controls the Small, Large, Output, and Input valve.
TVS (Timed Valve Sequence) — indicates a valve state that controls the Small, Large, Output, and Input valve with automatic toggled.
AP (Air Pump) — indicates the air pump sequence that controls the air pump used during dispense.
PR (Pressure Regulator) — indicates the pressure regulator sequence that controls the pressure regulator or to set the target pressure of the MANTIS instrument during dispense.

The Delay column shows the time (in seconds) spent on each sequence item. Move (M) commands are run at a constant speed without delays.

The Data column is populated with the Cartesian coordinates of the move or the state of each valve sequence.
