LCP

An LCP experiment involves mixing an LCP sample with well solution. The LCP sample contains a mixture between a lipidic material and protein sample. The traditional way of mixing these two liquids is often tedious. Therefore, NT8 provides you with the specialized LCP mixing tools for easier and more consistent mixing. The sample can be used directly after mixing to prevent any loss of the lipidic material.

Running an LCP experiment requires you to set up the hardware and software differently, if compared to the regular experiment. To do so, follow the steps below as a reference.

  1. First, you need to attach the LCP Syringe.

  2. Second, you can begin preparing LCP Samples.

  3. Third, you are ready to run LCP experiment.
