Updating µPULSE Software
You should check for software updates regularly to ensure your µPULSE is operating at its best. There are two ways to update the µPULSE software: online and offline. Follow the instructions below for more details.
Note: If you encounter a problem during installation, please contact support@formulatrix.com.
µPULSE Software Online Update
Prerequisite:
To update the software online:
Go to the INFO & SUPPORT menu on the Home Screen and tap UPDATE.
Info & Support Menu
The Update Software pop-up dialogue will be displayed. Select the ONLINE button and tap CONTINUE.
Update Software Options
From the Online Update window, tap YES, then tap UPDATE NOW to begin the installation.

If an Update Failed notification appears, tap REFRESH to retry the installation.

When the installation has finished, the system will reboot and return to the Home Screen. You can check the software version on the INFO & SUPPORT page to indicate that the software is successfully updated.

µPULSE Software Offline Update
You can update the software offline even when you're not connected to the internet.
Prerequisite:
Note: If you're using versions 2.1 or 2.3, you must first upgrade to version 2.4 before installing version 3.3.0.
To update software:
In the INFO & SUPPORT menu, tap UPDATE.

- The Update Software pop-up dialogue will be displayed. Select OFFLINE and tap CONTINUE.

From the SELECT FILE page, find μPULSE.3.3.0.xx file and tap OPEN.
Select File Page
- When the installation has finished, the system will reboot and return to the Home Screen. You can check the software version on the INFO & SUPPORT page to indicate that the software is successfully updated.
