What is the dead volume?
Non-recoverable dead volume is 50 μL.
How many plates can the stackers hold?
25 (depending on plate height).
What are the vacuum and pressure requirements?
Vacuum is 22 inHg and pressure is 30 psi.
What are the TEMPEST chips made of?
Standard chips are made of Topas and Silicone.
