FLO i8 enables the administrator to modify each user’s account information, such as password, name, and role.
In the User Management page, select the desired user that you want to edit and click the EDIT button on the navigator bar.

In the Edit User panel:
To reset the password, delete the current password in the Password box, and type a new password. Then, re-type the new password in the Confirmation Password box to confirm.
To change the current name, type a new name in the Name box.
To change the email address, type a new email address in the E-mail box.
To update the user’s role, select the Administrator or Regular User option from the Role list.
To deactivate a user, deselect the Active option under the Role box.
Note: An inactive user will not be able to sign in and use the FLO i8 software, however their protocols and pipetting profiles are still saved. To activate, select the Active option under the Role box.

Click UPDATE to save the changes, and go back to the User Management page.
