Administrator — Besides creating and running protocols, an administrator can also manage and set up accounts for all FLO i8 users through the User Management menu. Administrator can add, edit, or remove user. See the explanation as follows:
- Add a new user.
- Edit an existing user: reset passwords, update the user’s name, and change the user’s role.
- Remove obsolete users and copy their existing protocols to any other available users.

Regular User — A regular user can only be created by the administrator. As a regular user, you can create, modify, and run protocols. FLO i8 software can be accessed in more than one computer, so users can design their protocols at the same time. For more information, see Getting Started with FLO i8.
