Tap the Viewer screen.
Tap the Open button 
and double-tap the desired file. The raw images taken from each well will be displayed on the Imaging tab.
OR
Select the desired file and tap Open.
Select the desired filter from the filter drop-down list to view the imaging results from the selected filter. You will see the positive and negative partitions providing a visual estimate of total concentration.
Tap the Pixel Map tab to check that the CONSTELLATION is properly distinguishing between positive and negative partitions.
Tip: If positive partitions are visible in the images and are not being properly assigned in the pixel map, check your thresholds. If you need to adjust the histogram, drag the threshold line to the midpoint between the two peaks and tap Apply. See also, Histogram.
Tap the Heat Map tab to see the quantities of target copies in each well, which are calculated based on the number of positive and negative partitions.
