NT8 Doesn’t Recognize the Hardware
Take the following steps:
Turn the NT8 hardware off.
Reconnect the USB cable on the NT8’s USB port to your computer. Make sure it’s connected properly, and then restart the instrument.
Next, run the software; the indicator box in the Status Bar should be green after the software detects the NT8 device.
If the problem persists, please check your software version; make sure that you have installed the latest NT8 Control Software and don’t hesitate to contact FORMULATRIX support.
