TIGA Users’ Permissions

TIGA users’ permissions are set up by an administrator. As a TIGA user, you may or may not be authorized to perform specific workflows or actions in TIGA. Thus, it might be useful for you to know your roles and permissions before accessing TIGA. See the table below for more information.

TIGA User’s Group

Roles and Permissions

Account Shipping Address Managers

Copy the shipping address from an item request to a specific target warehouse.

Accounting Team

  • Close work orders.

  • Reopen work orders.

  • Close purchase orders.

  • Cancel and uncancel purchase order line items.

  • Refresh purchase order line items’ prices.

  • Create Adjustment transaction.

  • Update Unit of Measurement field in the Items table.

Admin Estore Group

Synchronize the products to E-Store.

Admin Manager Group

  • Reopen the approved timesheet.

  • Use Run Accrual action in the Employee HR table of the Time Tracking application.

  • Use Unsubmitted Timesheet Report action detailing all unsubmitted timesheets of employees in a specific office location.

Admin of Employee

Edit employee records.

Bonded Zone Report (only consists of authorized user(s) at PT. Promanufacture)

View the Bonded Zone Reports page. The Bonded Zone Reports page can only be accessed by an authorized user and the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

Borrowed Part Processor

Return the borrowed part.

Build of Material (BOM) Team

  • Generate, update, and clone BOMs.

  • Create, edit, and delete item sub assemblies records.

  • Update Discontinued field in the Items table.

Cost Report Team

View the Cost Report application.

Document Control Member

  • Create, edit, clone, and delete document control and document control revision history records.

  • Modify Draft/Initial Release document revision control history.

  • Submit document control revision history for approval.

  • Use Release and Deactivate Document Revision action in the Document Control Revision History.

For Production Manager

  • Create, edit, and delete records in the For Production table.

  • Create, edit, and delete records in the For Production Line Item table.

Forindo Inventory Administrator

  • Use the Move Part To Different Storage action in the Bin Inventories table.

  • Use the Warehouse Adjustment and Warehouse Transfer actions in the Item Inventories table.

HRIS Admin Contract Management

Approve/reject contract in the Contract Histories table.

HRIS HR Admin

  • Create, update, and delete employee records.

  • Create, update, and delete payroll records.

HRIS HR Leader

Approve/reject offering letters.

HRIS HR Recruiter

Create, update, and delete offering letters.

IME Admin

  • Monitor the mold design submission and mold design revision history record revision.

  • Update mold maker status to Closed.

Indo Warehouse Admin

  • Create, edit, and delete limited order category records.

  • Link and unlink limited order list in the Item Inventories Summaries table.

  • Create and edit warehouse usage records using Recalculate All Usage and Recalculate Usage actions.

ISO Auditor

Access to Legal and Document application.

Item Processor

  • Create, edit, and delete item records.

  • Create a new version of an item.

  • Create, edit, and delete commodity records.

  • Create, edit, delete, and archive sub contract properties records.

  • Create, edit, and delete UoM conversions records.

Maintenance Manager

Create and edit coverage records.

Master Data Administrator

  • Create, edit, and delete item categories records.

  • Create, edit, and delete main categories records.

  • Edit warehouses records.

PPIC

Access to View Mold Maker action in the Mold Maker table.

Purchasing

  • Update work order status from Closed to Open to Buy.

  • Mark and unmark work order line items as Don’t Buy.

  • Recalculate the quantity of all available items listed in the work order line items.

  • Refresh the purchase order line items’ prices.

Purchasing Analyst

Use Generate Stock Analysis Report action to receive information about the stock analysis report.

Purchasing Manager

  • Approve/reject the submitted supplier.

  • Edit the agreement due date in the Supplier table and monitor notification email for an agreement that will expire in a month.

Quote Approver Level 2

Approve quotes with more than 5% discount.

Quote Auto Approver

Approve consumable quotes without a discount.

Quote Catalog Adminstrator

  • Generate quote products in the Items table.

  • Configure product, product options, tags, and terms.

Quote Processor

Create, edit, delete, and configure Instrument, Consumable, and Service Contract quotes.

Quote Product Processor

Create, edit, and delete product configuration (products, product options, terms, checklists, tags).

Revenue Recognition Administrator

  • Use Commit Invoice, Reissue Invoice, and Credit Invoice actions.

  • Update invoice line item records with Defer Revenue checked.

  • Create, update, and delete revenue recognition records.

  • Create, update, and delete revenue recognition schedule records.

  • Use Close Month action in the System Retrofits table.

Sales and Marketing Restricted

Access to Marketing Cost table.

Sales Bank Account

Create, edit, and delete sales bank account records.

Sales Order Processors

  • Create and edit sales order records.

  • Create and edit sales order line item records.

  • Create invoice records.

Service Estimate Support Managers

  • Create a Service Estimate quote.

  • Create and edit system retrofit records.

Stakeholder Quickbook

Monitor notification emails related to QuickBooks error.

Storage Administrator

Create, edit, clone, and delete default bin records.

Supplier Approver

  • Approve/reject suppliers.

  • Assign the agreement and due date in the Supplier table and monitor notification emails for expiring agreements.

Support Engineers

Create and edit system retrofits records.

Support Managers

  • Use the Warehouse Adjustment and Warehouse Transfer actions in the Item Inventories table.

  • Create and edit sales order records.

  • Create and edit sales order line item records.

  • Create and edit system retrofit records.

  • Create and edit service estimate records.

  • Re-assign the salesperson to a different salesperson for Support Invoice Monhtly (SIM) quoting process.

  • Use Revert Back to Draft and Cancel Item Request actions.

  • Create Internal/Support Team case records.

  • Edit the Service Part Status field in the Items table.

  • Monitor email notifications when In Stock field is less than the Minimum Stock field in the Item Inventories table.

Support Team Lead

Use Rebuild Service Parts Products Field action in the Items table.

TIGA Maintenance

  • Create and edit Tiga Monitoring records.

  • Create and edit interaction performance records.

UK/USA Inventory Administrator

  • Use Move Part To Different Bin action in the Bin Inventories table.

  • Use Warehouse Adjustment and Warehouse Transfer actions in the Item Inventories table.

Warehouse Manager

Edit warehouse with the category set to Formulatrix.

Work Orders Approver Level 1

Approve/reject work order with a total value of between 500 USD and 2000 USD.

Work Orders Approver Level 2

Approve/reject work order with a total value exceeding 2000 USD.
