Dispense List History

MANTIS records any changes in the current dispense list and provides you with the report that you can easily access from the Dispense List History panel. The report contains detailed information on each edit in the dispense list, including the reagent volume, delay, number of reagents, dispense priority, etc.

Important: The Dispense List History function is only available if you have a User Management license. Contact support@formulatrix.com for further assistance.

Note: Go to the Audit Trail Log to access and/or export a more complete log.

Dispense List History Overview

The Dispense List History panel displays the dispense list log components as shown in the image below.

No. Log Component Description
Modified Date

Defines the date of all dispense list changes, saved in the database. A single date will be recorded multiple times if multiple sets of modifications have been saved on the same day.

To display the detailed information of the edited dispense list, click the dropdown button on the selected date. To hide the log, click the arrow button .

Modified Dispense List Information

Lists all details of prior modifications to the dispense list, including:

  1. Timestamp

    Time of the modification.

  2. User Account

    Username of the account thatmade the changes. If the dispense list is modified before any registered users login, MANTIS will record it as System.

  3. Changes Description

    User-entered notes about the changes.

    To display the description, you must enter a note in the Save Dispense List Confirmation window when saving the changes. Otherwise, the description will be labeled as unspecified changes. See Using the Options Menu for more information.

    Note: Click on a selected item to display the Change Details panel.

Change Details Panel

The Change Details panel displays more detailed logs from the dispense list changes. The logs include information of the reagent volume, delay, number of reagents, dispense priority, etc.

Opening the Dispense List History Panel

Prerequisites

 

To access the Dispense List History panel:

  1. Choose from the following options:

  2. In the Dispense List History panel, click the dropdown button on the selected date to display the report information.

    Click the Dropdown Button on the Selected Date

  3. Click on the selected dispense list log to display the detailed changes under the Change Details panel.

    Click on the Selected Date

  4. To close the Dispense List History panel, click the Back button .
