Configuring Humidifiers

NT8 is equipped with leading-edge active humidity control that is powerful enough to moisten the air in the system anytime you need the NT8 up and running. What makes the NT8 stand out is that you can select any desired humidity target level. Both V3 and V4 hardware have up to three default value settings (75%, 80%, and 85%) for the humidity target you can choose from, ensuring that you will always be able to run aspiration and dispense tasks with the system at the perfect humidity level.

For example, if you set 85% as the target point, the system automatically regulates how many humidifiers are on to reach the predefined target. When the humidity level reaches the setpoint, the system automatically turns off the humidifier.

To configure your humidifiers in V4 hardware:

  1. In the Humidifier Control panel, click the Humidity Setting button humidity_setting_button.
