• A malfunction in the washing process when the system detected that the water level was below the minimum threshold while running a task list.

• The incorrect Z-axis value of the LCP sample plate for the drop position. This adjustment resolved the gap value discrepancy between the LCP syringe and plate, aligning it with the defined value from the software.
