Generating Customer Activity Reports

Customer activity reports provide you with a record of all of the support activities for the selected customer, along with their associated costs. These reports are useful to show customers how frequently they rely on our support team, in order to encourage them to renew their maintenance contracts. You can quickly generate and save a particular customer activity report in .CSV format from TIGA by taking the steps below.

To generate a customer activity report:

  1. Open the Accounts table. By default, Accounts is the first table listed on the table bar in TIGA CRM.

  2. Under the Main Table, click the desired account record.

  3. Click image1 to display all of the toolbar buttons, then click the Customer Activity Report button. The Customer Activity Report window appears.

  4. Specify the Date From and the Date To fields to search for all support activities within a specific date range.

  5. Select the desired Case Categories option(s).

  6. Click Generate to display the support activity data for the selected customer.

  7. Select a specific currency type from the Currency drop-down list. TIGA will automatically convert the current support costs into the selected currency.

  8. Click Save as CSV in the lower-right corner of the Customer Activity Report window.
