Location

Users are presented with a catalog that is customized for the zone where they are located. This zone will drive pricing, taxes, fees, and shipping options. The eStore will guess the location of the user, but this can later be overridden if necessary. At checkout time, if the delivery address differs from the selected zone, the zone (and therefore pricing, etc) will be changed accordingly.

Fees and Shipping

Choose the shipping service provided by FedEx, our shipping partner, and enter the valid shipping address during the checkout process. FedEx will help the customers to calculate the shipping charge. The shipping cost and tax, if any, will be added to the invoice.

Payment Methods

The FORMULATRIX E-store provides various payment options to give customers more confidence in proceeding with their checkout process. Customers can use any of the following methods to pay for their orders.

  • Credit/Debit Card—We accept payments using all international Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Purchase Order—The admin/sales team will work with the customers offline; payments can be made using an online bank transfer.

Order Status

The FORMULATRIX eStore may display several order statuses, which represent the current orders’ condition.

Some Order statuses you may see:

  • On-Hold—this shows that the system has created an order. A customer has checked out the Cart and selected the Purchase Order option as the payment method. The administrator/sales team will continue the process offline.

  • Processing—this shows that the system has created an order. A customer has checked out the Cart and selected the Credit/Debit card option as the payment method.
