Chemical Compatibility Guide for aµtoPULSE

This chart defines chemicals approved for use with the aµtoPULSE, including known material limitations and incompatibilities. It is intended to help prevent membrane damage and ensure consistent performance during operation and cleaning. Compatibility ratings are defined as follows:

  • R = Recommended with membrane chemistry. Check exceptions ( ¹ ² ) below.

  • LTD = Limited Usability. Not for continuous use; further testing recommended.

  • NR = Not Recommended. The solution may cause damage to the chip material.

  • ND = No available data.

  • ¹ - No data for Polystyrene (housing material)

  • ² - No data for Stainless Steel 316L (transfer tubing)
