Assigning Crystals to Synchrotron Trips

After harvesting crystals virtually, you can send your crystals to synchrotron trips.

Prerequisites:

• You have experiments with crystals.

• You have open synchrotron trips.

To assign crystals to a synchrotron trip:

1. Open an imaged experiment and double-click a well with crystals. The image you select will open in the Drop menu.

   OR

   Open an imaged experiment and go to the Drop menu. Then, click the Well or Drop button on the bottom bar to select an image with the crystal you want to harvest.

2. Click the Harvesting button on the top bar to open the Harvesting panel. The panel will appear on the right side of your window and open the Crystal tab by default.

3. Select a crystal(s) by clicking the checkbox(es) in the desired crystal cart(s).

   Note

   If you want to select all crystals at once, click the Select All checkbox above the crystal cart section.

4. Click the Assign Crystal button , and you will be directed to the Select Synchrotron Trip panel. Select a synchrotron trip and click APPLY.

5. You will return to the Harvesting panel, where you can see the selected synchrotron trip in the Crystal Selection section and the assigned crystal(s) in the crystal cart section.
