Blocked by Maintenance Rover

Issue: A maintenance Rover is blocking a Rover carrying labware.

Solving method:

1. Turn off the scheduler via Cellmatic Suite.

2. Check the Rover in maintenance from the Rover List.

3. Clear the status of Rover in maintenance.

4. Recover the necessary labware via Transient Inventory.
