Predictive Dispense Timeout

Issue: The media is running out when dispensing or there is a clog in the tube.

Solving method:

  1. Turn off the scheduler via Cellmatic Suite.

  2. Clear the Instrument Error in the Refrigerator.

  3. Clear the Faulted Planner for dispense timeout.

  4. Recover the reservoir in the Refrigerator via Transient Labware. The reservoir should return to the Shelf Storage in the Refrigerator.

  5. Check the tube for clogging or refill the media bottle in the Refrigerator.

  6. Turn ON the scheduler via Cellmatic Suite.
