Not Enough Media

Issues:

  • No registered media for stock or order.

  • Running out of media.

Solving Methods:

A. No registered media

Note

Do these instructions if the required media isn’t available or registered in the system.

  1. Register an empty reservoir.

  2. Open the Refrigerator.

  3. Load the media bottle into the Refrigerator.

  4. Register the media bottle in the Cellmatic Suite.

  5. Close the Refrigerator door.

B. Running out of media

Note

Do these instructions if the required media in the dispenser reagent is low on stock.

Precondition:

  • A reservoir is available, but the media volume is insufficient.

Instructions:

  1. Open the Refrigerator.

  2. Refill the media bottle in the Refrigerator.

  3. Close the Refrigerator door.
