Refilling Incubator Humidifier Reservoir

Refilling the distilled water in the Humidifier Reservoir uses a quick-swap technique. The process should be completed within 8 minutes to keep the automation uninterrupted.

Required Item:

  • 1 ea - Jerrycan with 10 L of sterile distilled water

Prerequisite:

  • Wear appropriate PPE. At a minimum, gloves should be worn.

To refill the Humidifier Reservoir:

  1. Open the old and the new Humidifier Reservoir’s caps.

  2. Swap the old Humidifier Reservoir with the new one promptly.

  3. Close the new Humidifier Reservoir’s cap.
