TIGA Users’ Permissions

TIGA users’ permissions are set up by an administrator. As a TIGA user, you may or may not be authorized to perform specific workflows or actions in TIGA. Thus, it might be useful for you to know your roles and permissions before accessing TIGA. See the table below for more information.

TIGA User’s Group	Roles and Permissions
Account Shipping Address Managers	Copy the shipping address from an item request to a specific target warehouse
Accounting Team	Close purchase orders Close work orders Cancel purchase order line items Create transaction adjustments Refresh purchase order line items’ prices
Build of Material (BOM) Team	Generate BOMs Update BOMs
Bonded Zone Report (only consists of authorized user(s) at PT. Promanufacture)	View the Bonded Zone Reports page. The Bonded Zone Reports page can only be accessed by an authorized user and the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise.
Forindo Inventory Administrator	Use the Move Part To Different Storage command Use the Warehouse Adjustment command Use the Warehouse Transfer command
Maintenance Manager	Create and edit data in the Maintenance table
Marketing Manager	Create and edit data in the Origin of Opportunity table
Purchasing Team	Change work orders’ status from Open to Buy Refresh the purchase order line items’ prices Mark work order line items as Don’t Buy Recalculate the quantity of all of the available items listed in the work order line items.
Sales Order Processors	Create and edit data in the Sales Order table Create and edit data in the Sales Order Line Items table
Support Engineers	Create and edit data in the System Retrofits table
Support Managers	Use the Warehouse Adjustment command Use the Warehouse Transfer command Create and edit data in the Sales Orders table Create and edit data in the Sales Order Line Items table Create and edit data in the System Retrofits table Create and edit data in the Service Estimates table
Support Requests Warehouse Processor	Submit item requests
