Support

  • Updated the “Send PO To: “ email address to orders@formulatrix.com.

  • Created an email notification to update the field support engineers (FSE) and their leads regarding the shipment status of an Installation account, as an extra safety net to prevent FSE’s from visiting a customer prior to instrument delivery.

  • Prevented users from linking an existing Part Replacement record to a case, in effect de-linking a part replacement from another case.

  • Fixed bug that caused duplicate parts to be imported into a SIM SE.

  • Fixed logic to the Invoice by CRM Data option to allow for cases to be linked to an SE after the creation of the SE.

  • In an effort to remind FSE’s to log part replacements when closing a case, the following changes have been added.

    • Added an error message when an FSE tries to close a case, but:

      1. The customer warehouse has at least one part with In Stock quantity greater than 0.

      2. One of the case entries contains the word “replace”.

RTM Approval

The RTM Approval process is now enforced and tracked via TIGA. This table records the entire Ready to Manufacture (RTM) process, with changes and modifications made by all parties involved, from Draft to Pass RTM in one place.

Support

Note

The Tiga Dev team had to pull the Support developer into a high priority project in April, so Support development was limited to a few simple changes in 8.4.

  • No longer sending empty “Important Parts Unavailable in the Support Warehouse” reports.
