End User Features

Email Integration

  • Outbound Email:

    Login FORMULATRIX mail using one of TIGA employee mail

    Compose email with following composition

    to : one or more customer email

    CC : autotiga+interaction@formulatrix.com

    Subject : {Free text}

    Content : {Free Text}

    Attachment : {If any}

  • After sending the email,

    Email sent to the customer

    TIGA recorded the email as Interaction (per customer email):

    ** Owner field set to Employee

    ** Contact field set to Customer

    ** Notes field set to Subject + Content

    ** Type field set to “Outbound Email”

    If there are attachment, then attachment goes to related table Attachment

    If customer not recorded yet in TIGA, TIGA will send notification to employee that Interaction has been recorded to Interaction table and give link to that interaction


Inbound Email:

  • Email is received in FORMULATRIX’ employee inbox with following composition:

    Sender : {one of customer emails}

    CC : autotiga+interaction@formulatrix.com

    Subject : {Free text}

    Content : {Free Text}

    Attachment : {If any}


** TIGA recorded the received email as Interaction (per destination email)**:

** Owner field set to Employee

** Contact field set to Customer

** Notes field set to Subject + Content

** Type field set to “Inbound Email”

If there are attachment, then attachment goes to related table Attachment


Forward Email to TIGA mailbox

  • Employee forwards email which is received from customer to autoTIGA+interaction@formulatrix.com.

    Email sent.

    TIGA create interaction based on forwarded email

    ** Owner field set to Employee

    ** Contact field set to Customer

    ** Notes field set to Subject + Content

    ** Type field set to “Oubound Email”

    If there are attachment, then attachment goes to related table Attachment.

    TIGA sends notification to employee that Interaction has been recorded to Interaction table and give link to that interaction.

  • Changes to “Weekly Customer Survey Report” email

  • Excluded survey with status is pending

  • Display performed by and territory info

  • Changes to “Survey Reminder” email

  • Breakup survey (all/older than 30 days).

  • Customer Survey’s Status renaming

  • new status > Dead, No Response, Not Needed

  • -explanation text displayed as label

  • Attachment viewer (attachment viewer)

  • Delete attachment when the record is deleted

  • Filters could be hideable

  • Changed a delete icon from “cross” to “trash can”.

  • Removed App Name from browser tab label.

  • Sent email to non-developer Reporter only when the Issue is Closed.

  • Related table Installed Product in Accounts should only link to the real product.

  • Expanded decimal limit for USD Conversion field in Invoices input dialog.

  • Behavior changes in Related Table Manager and Menu Manager.

    1. Removed a clear button if not used.

    2. Doubled click item to remove from left side list.

    3. Doubled click item to add from right side list.

    4. Rename All button in right side list to “Add All” and change behavior to add all available items in right side list to left side list.

    5. Add “Add Selected” button in right side list, so no need to drag and drop items.

    6. Remove items from right side list after adding to left side list.

  • Migrate Description, Resolution, and Status fields into Case History.

  • Create new Report named “Accounts Name for Marking”.

  • Make Bug Tracker only accept Active Employee for Reporter and Assignee.

  • Don’t send attachment when there is no record found.

    After save setting in application setting and toolbar setting, browser do auto refresh after user clicking the save button.

  • Don’t send Issue notification email to user who make changes to the Issue.

    • Changes in Business Unit field in Contact input dialog.

      1. Make Business Unit default by sales who enter the contact, only when Business Unit not checked.

        So if sales create a contact and forget to check the Business Unit, TIGA will check automatically.

        Exception applies to Yudi and Sean, since they have 2 Business Unit, they have to check by themselves.

        Since we don’t have “sales” field in Contact tab I think we can use the username as the reference point.
