Bonded Zone Reports

Bonded Zone reports contain important inventory and transaction data for PT. Promanufacture Indonesia. These reports are required by the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise to monitor the company and ensure compliance with Indonesian government regulations.

Although the Bonded Zone reports are usually generated on a monthly basis, the authorized Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise and PT. Promanufature Indonesia can access and view the reports at any time.

Area

Description - What To Do

Table filters

Report

  • Goods Inflow — Contains information about all goods that have moved into PT. Promanufacture Indonesia.

  • Goods Outflow — Contains information about all goods that have moved out of PT. Promanufacture Indonesia.

  • Work in Progress (WIP) — Contains information about all components that are currently being used to build a specific product at PT. Promanufacture Indonesia.

  • Mutation of Raw Materials — Contains information about any changes in the stored quantity of raw materials.

  • Mutation of Finished Goods — Contains information about any changes in the stored quantity of any finished goods.

  • Mutation of Scraps — Contains information about the any changes in stored quantity of any leftover materials from production.

  • Mutation of Tools — Contains information about any changes in the stored quantity of any tools.

  • Monthly Report — Contains information about any shipment documents that are created at PT. Promanufacture on a monthly basis.

  • Start Date — Allows you to select the date on which the report will begin.

  • End Date — Allows you to select the date on which the report will end.

  • Document Filter — Allows you to choose which types of records are included in the report. Select With Document if you want the report to only include records with documents attached, or select Without Document to only include records that do not have attached documents. Selecting Show All will include all records in the report regardless of whether they have documents or not.

Language settings

Enables you to switch the language used on the Bonded Zone Reports page. By default, the Indonesian language is selected. Click the EN button to switch the report to English. Click ID to switch back to Indonesia.

Table menus

  • Record — Provides you with the Quick View option that allows you to preview the selected record.

  • Table — Provides you with the Refresh, Export, and Toggle Filter commands.

Generating Bonded Zone Reports

Bonded Zone allows you to export the reports you generate to a CSV file for easier access. The following uses Indonesian custom reports as an example.

To Export Indonesian Custom Reports as CSV files:

  1. Open the following URL:

  2. Enter your credentials and press Log in button.

  3. Select the report you want to export from the Report drop-down.

  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date of the report.

    Tip

    To tailor the data to your needs, use the Document Filter drop-down for Goods Inflow and Goods Outflow reports or Origin drop-down for Mutation of Raw Materials and Mutation of Tools reports.

  5. Select OK.

  6. Select Export from the Table menu.

  7. Select CSV from Export as drop-down.

  8. Select one option in the Field Separator field that matches your computer’s Region setting. Click Semicolon if the Region is set to Indonesia.

    Check the List separator field in your computer’s Region setting from Control Panel.

  9. Select Export.

Post Condition

The exported report will be downloaded to your local drive.
