Issued In

Issued In is important in managing warehouse inventories after goods have been issued out or products have been successfully built — it is specifically used to return any extra goods to warehouse or to select proper storage for any final products in the warehouse before they ship to customers.

To issue in goods:

1. Open the Transactions table.

2. Click the Plus button in the top-left of the screen to create a new transactions.

3. In the Create New Transactions window, type or select the appropriate information for the following fields:

   • Date — Select the date that the transaction will be created.

   • Warehouse — Select the specific warehouse where you want to issue the items out.

   • Employee — Select the person who will create the transaction.

   • Issuance Type — Select Issued In from the Issuance Type list.

   • Work Order ID — Select the specific WO ID that will be issued in.

4. Click Create in the lower-right corner of the Create New Transactions window.

5. Create a new TALI. When creating a new TALI, please pay attention to the following fields:

   • Item ID — Select the item ID that will be returned.

   • Existing Storage — Select the existing storage for the items that will be returned or kept.

   • Quantity — Select the items quantity that will be returned or kept.

   • Status — Select Confirmed from the Status list.
