Video: Removing Software Price from a Product

As our ROCK IMAGER instruments reach their end of life in the field, customers would like to transfer their software license to their new instrument. This is a cost saving strategy offered to those customers which is not directly handled by TIGA as it doesn’t happen too often. In this video we show you how to accomplish this.
