Adding an Institute

When you make a new sales contact, you must enter the contact into TIGA. Before you can save a new contact, the contact must be assigned to an institute, so you must create the new institute before you create the new contact.

To add an institute:

  1. If you do not see the CRM table bar, click the Home button, and then select CRM.

  2. Click Institutes on the table bar. If Institute does not appear on the table bar, click the Plus button at the far-right of the table bar, and select Institute.

  3. Once you see the list of Institutes, click the Plues button above Institute Name to create a new institute.

  4. Type in the name of the new institute in the Institution Name box and click Create.
