Creating Quotes in TIGA

You can create quotes in TIGA to send to potential or existing customers. Follow the tutorial below. The tutorial below applies to all types of quotes.

Post Conditions

After you follow the tutorial below, TIGA will create a new quote record and the quote status will be set to Draft. After the quote is created, you must configure its line items, as explained in the Configuring Quote Line Items section.

To create a quote:

  1. Within the CRM application, click Quotes on the table bar.

  2. Click the Plus button to create a new quote.

  3. Type or select the relevant information for the required fields in the Create New Quotes window.

  4. Click Create in the lower-right corner of the Create New Quotes window.

  5. At this point, you should configure the quote line items. See Configuring Quote Line Items.
